Guiding parents toward clarity, confidence, and connection

For nearly two decades, I have helped parents and caregivers make sense of their child’s needs and behavior. I take an individualized and relational approach, combining experience and clinical wisdom to find what works best for each family.

You may want to reach out if you…

  • Need a few more tools to handle daily parenting stressors

  • Are trying to better understand behaviors and challenging moments

  • Struggle to communicate or connect with your child

  • Want insight into what to expect at different developmental ages and stages

  • Have results from neuropsychological testing and want to weave that data into your parenting approach

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Change starts with a conversation—let’s talk.

Hi, I’m Liz.

For close to 20 years, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and families across schools, community organizations, and private practice. In addition to supporting kids of all kinds and the people who care for them, I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and those with learning differences. I believe that strong, respectful relationships are the foundation for meaningful change.

My style is direct and transparent; I ask questions, listen closely, and offer accessible, practical guidance. I meet parents where they are, helping them make sense of their child’s needs and scaffolding next steps into manageable chunks. I bring honesty, curiosity, and humor into the process, so families feel both supported and understood.
